Return standards and conditions

  • You’ve got 7 days to send the product back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.

  • Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging. 

  • If the desired exchange product is out of stock, Store credit will be issued which can be used at any point valid up to 12 months.

  • Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

 

How Do I get my Order Exchanged?

  • Make sure the Return standards and conditions mentioned above are met

  • If the desired exchange item is out of stock, it will be considered as a Return.

           (Refer to the Return section for more details)

  • You can Courier the package back to us,

  • Item must be handed over within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Once your item is handed over, You will receive a Store Credit coupon for the same value so you can now simply place an order on the website for the desired exchange.



Faulty / Missing  Goods

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section.

 

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;(should inform us within 7 days)

Order number

Product name and code

Picture of the fault

Description of the fault

This will help us identify your order.

Upon receiving your item, Our team will inspect your package and proceed to issue store credits for you provided that all return conditions are met.
